Welcome back from the summer holidays! Meet all of your epi-friends in the first  member's afterwork of the fall 2023, where we will shine the spotlight on some of our amazing members.

Not your typical Tuesday afternoon, this is your chance to connect, network, grow and hear inspiring stories from our exquisite members.  

All of this will be happening in Epi-style over some drinks and snacks. We make sure that there is plenty of time to make meaningful connections before and after our official schedule. You are always welcome to join the discussion and ask questions of our speakers.

    Marketing Lead, Fluentic

    Anna is an experienced marketing professional with a background in global B2B tech/ SaaS. Previously working as a consultant and leading client projects, she now serves as the Marketing Lead at Fluentic, a Finnish software company developing solutions for AI-enhanced multilingual customer communication.

    Jaakko Rautanen
    Country Manager, Channel Factory

    Jaakko is a seasoned digital media professional with over a decade of experience across online video and broadcast TV advertising. At Channelfactory, he works to improve the overall health and values of the digital video advertising ecosystem. Jaakko is also part of IAB online video task force and trains marketers in Marketing Finland’s responsible marketing certificate program. When not working he enjoys Tennis & spending time with family & friends.

    Saku Sairanen
    CEO and Partner, Exove Design

    Saku is an enthusiastic design thinker and leads a diverse team of like minded and multi talented individuals. The team has long experience in designing and developing digital solutions for the public and private sector. Saku has technical education but has been in many roles during his career spanning from technical project manager to brand strategy consultant. Currently he enjoys thinking about sustainability issues from both environment and diversity point of view as well as addressing the national and global challenge in lifelong learning and the employment mismatch with open positions and available workforce. Saku never gives up and gets so much energy working with his team of very talented designers.

    Sverker Skogberg
    Senior Vice President, Public Affairs, PAF

    Sverker has extensive knowledge about the political gaming industry development in Finland, as well as in Sweden. Before joining PAF Mr. Skogberg came from a long career in the aviation business, working with government and industry affairs for the airline Finnair. He has extensive experience in the lobbying and contract negotiating area.Paf was founded in 1966 and offers games on the internet and on board cruise ships in the Baltic and the North Sea. Paf's mission is to generate funds for the public community. Every year, around €20 million in Paf funds are distributed by the local Åland government to a range of projects within health, culture, education and sustainability. Paf is one of the leading companies concerning responsible gambling, frequently implementing new tools to protect players gambling habits.

    Tommi Huuska
    Co-Founder & COO, WheelQ

    Tommi has over 15 years of experience in measuring, developing and managing customer experience in various roles, especially as a builder and implementer of holistic customer experience overall processes and company culture. He is a Psychologist by education and has strong expertise in planning information gathering, increasing customer understanding, managing and utilizing information, and motivating people. He is an incurable optimist who believes in a positive life attitude, continuous learning and the power of enthusiasm.

    Tor-Oskar Karlberg
    Investment Director, Stephen Industries

    Tor joined Stephen Industries as an investment director in March 2023, and works with both listed and unlisted equity investments at the firm. He previously gained experience at another Finnish family office, where he developed strong expertise and networks in the real estate & construction related technology sector. Prior to moving over to the investment side Tor worked for fout years doing M&A advisory at MCF in London. He has a master’s in management with a specialization in finance from the University of Mannheim in Germany. In his free time, he enjoys learning to sail, and spending time with his friends and family.

    Tor Stendahl
    Managing Director & Country Manager, FREYR Battery Finland

    Over the last 7 years Tor has been heavily involved in bringing battery value chain investments to Finland, previously working for BASF and now with FREYR Battery. He has a long background in the chemical industry and a keen interest for sustainable solutions and creating a better future for our children. He sees that the future is electric and we must work hard to make the transition as fast as possible, and batteries play a key role in this transition.

    FREYR Battery aims to provide industrial scale clean battery solutions to reduce global emissions. Listed on the New York Stock Exchange, FREYR’s mission is to produce green battery cells to accelerate the decarbonization of energy and transportation systems globally. FREYR has commenced building the first of its planned factories in Mo i Rana, Norway and announced potential development of industrial scale battery cell production in Vaasa, Finland, and the United States. FREYR intends to install 50 GWh of battery cell capacity by 2025 and 100 GWh annual capacity by 2028 and 200 GWh of annual capacity by 2030.
