Before joining PAF Mr. Skogberg came from a long career in the aviation business, working with government and industry affairs for the airline Finnair. He has extensive experience in the lobbying and contract negotiating area.Paf was founded in 1966 and offers games on the internet and on board cruise ships in the Baltic and the North Sea. Paf's mission is to generate funds for the public community. Every year, around €20 million in Paf funds are distributed by the local Åland government to a range of projects within health, culture, education and sustainability. Tor joined Stephen Industries as an investment director in March 2023, and works with both listed and unlisted equity investments at the firm. He previously gained experience at another Finnish family office, where he developed strong expertise and networks in the real estate & construction related technology sector. Prior to moving over to the investment side Tor worked for fout years doing M&A advisory at MCF in London. He has a master’s in management with a specialization in finance from the University of Mannheim in Germany.
